In 2001 while in China on business I toured several locations of the Great Wall, including the "Wild Wall", which is more remote and, at that time, not maintained or developed.  Almost the whole time I was shooting the sky was "cloudy bright", as the Kodak film instructions state.  For a while I attempted to edit the skies with a gradient, or inserting clouds, but none of it worked for me, so I just embraced the over-exposed sky, and printed these on Hahnemuhle Agave paper with the white sky blending into the white border.  These were all shot on Tri-X film.
