On the outskirts of St. Malo, France I found this cemetery of old wooden fishing boats, which had been abandoned on this muddy beach of an estuary. I'd originally visualized these images a warm tone palladium prints, but when showing them to some other photographers, one of them asked me if the graffiti on the hulls was colorful. So, I went back to the original RAW files and selected the most colorful and printed them with palladium over pigment. Two of the palladium images were published in Issue 53 of "The Hand" magazine in July, 2026.
